A Very Berry Morning To You
1 C. kale
1 Organic apple
1 banana
1 C. Frozen berries(strawberries, cherries, raspberries,& blueberries)
1 C. Almond milk
1 T. Ground flaxseeds
1 T. Chia seeds
Handful of ice cubes
Put all ingredients into your blender and blend away!
